It took six years for Atlas’s founder to grow her Instagram following from 0 to 12K-and then just six months to jump from 12K to 175K across Instagram and TikTok.​ It wasn’t easy. Long hours, constant learning, and countless posts often brought little to no engagement. She would pour hours into one post, hit “publish,” and… nothing. Sometimes she even deleted posts out of frustration.
