These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY
We are fully insured for our staff and equipment. However, Atlas Global Creative is not liable for injuries, property damage, or incidents occurring during productions. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment and agree to indemnify us against related claims.

ON -SET CONSENT & MODEL RESPONSIBILITY
By booking media production services, the Client confirms that all individuals present consent to being photographed or recorded unless disclosed in writing beforehand. The Client is responsible for securing any necessary releases. Any legal claims related to appearance or consent are the responsibility of the Client, not Atlas Global Creative.

PERFORAMCE DISCLAIMER
While we implement professional production, web design, and marketing strategies, we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, engagement, or revenue outcomes.

CONTRACTS & PAYMENTS
All partnerships require a written contract issued by Atlas Global Creative. Invoices are issued directly by us and must be paid according to agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and revocation of usage rights.

DELIVERY & FILE ACCESS
Personal media galleries remain available for download for up to 180 days unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for archiving files beyond that period.

CANCELLATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule projects due to extreme weather, emergencies, government travel advisories, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
