Austin Pedicab Company was founded in Austin, Texas by Matthew Maschach and has become a staple of the city’s transportation and tourism experience. Specializing in pedicab services for downtown transportation, weddings, events, and branded activations, the company is known for its fun, energetic vibe and strong connection to Austin’s local culture. Their brand blends approachability with professionalism, offering a uniquely Austin experience for both visitors and corporate partners.
We partnered with Austin Pedicab Company to support the brand across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints. Our collaboration included designing and building their website from start to finish, complete with a intricate custom booking system, developing social media graphics used across Meta platforms, and creating print materials such as pamphlets and bifolds featured in hotels and at the official Visit Austin tourism site in downtown Austin, Texas. We also designed service menus for B2B offerings, developed a cohesive brand ID and style guide, and executed custom LED sign designs- delivering tailored creative solutions aligned with the company’s evolving needs.

Austin Pedicab Company partnered with us to design and build a custom website that reflects their brand identity while supporting their operational needs. We collaborated closely with the client to define the visual style, messaging, and overall brand direction before bringing the site to life.
The website was built from the ground up on their preferred platform. Our scope included full media production for the site, custom web design, and the integration of a robust booking system to support weddings, tours, and larger brand campaigns. The result is a seamless, user-friendly experience that balances strong visual storytelling with functional performance.
SOCIAL MEDIA GRAPHICS
We partnered with Austin Pedicab Company to create custom social media graphics designed to consistently reflect their brand identity across Meta platforms. Our work included both in-feed and story content that highlights their Austin-based tours, wedding services, tourism offerings, and corporate and event services.
Each graphic was thoughtfully designed to align with the brand’s visual language and messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement. Through intentional layout, imagery, and copy, the content effectively communicates the Austin Pedicab experience while supporting their broader marketing and promotional goals.
PAMPHLETS AND BI-FOLDS
Custom printed marketing materials were designed to support Austin Pedicab’s presence within the city’s tourism and events landscape. This included pedicab tour pamphlets distributed at the official Visit Austin tourism location in downtown Austin, as well as select hotels throughout Austin, Texas.
A wedding-focused bifold was also created and placed in similar high-traffic locations across the Austin area. Each piece was thoughtfully designed to align with the brand’s identity, clearly communicate service offerings, and engage potential customers at key touchpoints.
SERVICE MENU
A series of custom service menus were designed to clearly communicate Austin Pedicab’s full range of offerings across tourism, corporate, and large-scale event services. These menus highlight their work across B2B and private events, corporate campaigns, and experiential activations for brands such as Pantalones, Parkwood Entertainment, and more. They also showcase tourism initiatives for small Texas towns, including Liberty Hill’s annual Christmas Festival.
Additional service menus were created for Smash Cabs- six- to eight-seater pedicabs designed for festivals, community events, and destination activations. These materials are used directly with businesses and event organizers to present service options, use cases, and capabilities in a clear, visually engaging way.
CUSTOM DESIGN PROJECT
Custom design projects were developed to expand Austin Pedicab’s wedding offerings through fully tailored, experiential elements. This included the creation of “Just Married in Austin, Texas” and “Just Married in Las Vegas” LED signs designed specifically for pedicab wedding services.
Each sign was custom-designed from concept through execution, with sizing tailored to fit seamlessly on the back of the pedicabs. Our team oversaw sourcing and production in partnership with LED manufacturers, ensuring every detail met functional and aesthetic standards-including durability, weatherproofing, storage, and ease of use. The result was a standout, highly personalized feature that quickly became a favorite among wedding clients and remains one of the most custom design projects we’ve delivered to date.
